Terms of Service

This End-User Operating Agreement ("Terms of Service") constitutes a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and BetPawa Official Platform. By opening an account, depositing funds, or placing bets on sports, Aviator, or casino slots, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Eligibility & Legal Age

Participation on BetPawa is restricted exclusively to individuals who satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must reside in an authorized jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming are permitted by law.
• You may register and maintain only ONE (1) account. Operating duplicate accounts will result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of pending bets.

2. Betting Rules & Odds Calculations

All bets placed through BetPawa are governed by our sports betting and casino rules:

• A wager is considered valid only after it has been accepted by our automated betting engine and confirmed on your official bet slip.
• BetPawa reserves the right to correct obvious technical errors or odds inversions. In such cases, affected wagers will be recalculated at correct market prices or voided.
• Live in-play odds are subject to slight delay buffers to prevent latency advantage exploitation during live sporting events.

3. Win Boost Multiplier Terms

The BetPawa 1000% Win Boost is automatically calculated on accumulator slips meeting specified rules:

• Qualifying legs must feature minimum odds of 1.20 per selection.
• Boost percentages scale from 3% for 3 selections up to 1000% for 45 selections.
• If a match within an accumulator ticket is postponed or cancelled, the boost percentage will automatically recalculate based on the remaining active valid legs.

4. Deposits & Instant Cashouts

Financial transactions are subject to strict safety protocols:

• Deposits must originate from a mobile money account or bank card registered under the account holder's verified name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed automatically via direct payment API channels. Minimum and maximum cashout limits apply according to localized channel rules.
• BetPawa reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) identity documentation prior to releasing high-value payout amounts.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

BetPawa enforces zero tolerance for fraudulent or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice in cases of arbitrage betting, automated bot scripts, match-fixing suspicions, or identity forgery.

6. Limitation of Liability

BetPawa shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by telecommunication failures, internet delays, or server maintenance beyond our direct control.
